Super F League Names Sciore National Director of Development
OVERLAND PARK, Kans. (4-22-08) - The Super F League has named John Sciore
its new National Director of Development to oversee the expansion of futsal leagues in the
U.S. Sciore has been serving as director of Gateway Futsal, the Super F affiliated league
in St. Louis, and was the 2008 Super F Champions Cup tournament director.
John is an enormous asset to the Super F League team, said co-founder and
Executive Director Jon Parry. His background as a soccer player, his extensive
experience as a futsal league owner and entrepreneurial spirit adds to the Super F
management strength. Also his passion for the game of futsal makes him a great fit as he
works with our current and new league owners.
As National Director of Development at Super F, Sciore's primary job will be expanding the
number of Super F futsal leagues in the United States. He brings with him five years'
experience in owning and operating one of the largest futsal leagues in the country.
Super F League is the only U.S.
Soccer-affiliated futsal league in the U.S. Launched in 2004, Super F League offers
amateur soccer players an opportunity to play organized futsal in local leagues. It does
so by supporting soccer organizers with hands-on guidance in building their leagues. Super
